How are the flowers chosen for the Bloom Boxes?

When purchasing a Bloom Box you have the option of selecting "Roses" or "Mixed Flowers".


We choose roses that are fresh, available and in-season at the time of your order. Therefore, color of roses will depend on what is available at the moment. We promise that you, or that special someone will absolutely love our selection!

Can I make a special request on the style/color palette of the Bloom Box flowers?

Special requests are accepted for orders 48 hours prior to delivery. However, we cannot promise that we will be able to fulfill all or any requests. Remember, we ONLY use fresh flowers that are in-season, so we cannot always find that one specific flower.

Where do you get your flowers?

Our flowers are bought from a variety of floral wholesalers around Miami, FL.

Can I customize the message on the Bloom Box?

Of course! Our Bloom Box messages are 100% customizable. You can write any message you'd like as long as it is not longer than 25 characters. We encourage you to look at our social media for ideas and inspiration!

Can I select the color of the message on the Bloom Box?

Unfortunately, you cannot select the color of the message. However, we assure you that our team will choose the color that looks the best alongside your Bloom Box arrangement.

Where do you deliver and is there a fee?

As of now, our delivery boundaries are within a 10 mile radius from Doral, FL. For a specific view of our delivery boundaries please click on the Delivery tab. If you are interested in delivery outside of these boundaries please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. There is a set $9.99 delivery fee for deliveries within our radius. Special requests might have an increased delivery fee.

What days and times do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. For Saturday deliveries please contact us at bloomboxmiami@gmail.com for availability.

Can I get a same day delivery?

For same day deliveries please contact us directly at bloomboxmiami@gmail.com for availability before 10 A.M.

What will happen if there is nobody to receive the Bloom Box delivery?

We highly recommend for you to specify preferred delivery time in the 'special requests' portion of the order form in order to assure that somebody will be available to accept the delivery. If nobody is at home, we will leave the Bloom Box in a shaded, safe area close to the door or with the doorman, if possible.

What happens if my Bloom Box is damaged upon delivery?

We truly hope this won't happen! But we understand we can't control everything so, if this does happen, we ask you to please take pictures and email these along with a description of the incident to bloomboxmiami@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours of your claim.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us at bloomboxmiami@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we will try our hardest to amend these.
