BLOOM BOX MIAMI Terms of Use

 

BEFORE YOU PROCEED, PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOU LAST USED THESE SERVICES. BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, OUR WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE. ANY CHANGES WILL APPLY TO THE PURCHASE OF ANY ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE DATE OF SUCH CHANGE. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES EVERY TIME YOU SUBMIT AN ORDER OR OTHERWISE USE OUR SERVICES.

 

ORDERS

We, Bloom Box Miami, reserve the right to, at any time, change the pricing, availability, descriptions or features, of any arrangements sold. We reserve the right to change pricing on arrangements, deliveries and other services at the sole discretion of Bloom Box Miami. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon the posting of such new pricing.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders and event services are available.  Custom order requests are accepted during the order process; however, we do not guarantee the availability to complete these requests.  We will contact you within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement to update you on our ability to complete requests. 

 

EVENTS

We request a minimum of three weeks of advanced notice for events.  Additional terms and conditions may apply, please contact bloomboxmiami@gmail.com for more details.

 

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order for an arrangement for a full refund up until forty-eight (48) hours prior to the anticipated delivery date on your confirmation email. Any cancellations not made within the forty-eight (48) hour window will not be awarded any refund whatsoever.

Modifications such as shipping address, size, personal message are permitted. For modifications, you will be required to contact us at bloomboxmiami@gmail.com at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to anticipated delivery date on your confirmation email. Modifications will be reviewed and a confirmation email will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours with details on whether requests could be met.

 

DELIVERY

- Availability: We do not guarantee any one particular flower, arrangement, or combination of flowers.  Custom order requests are accepted during the order process; however, we do not guarantee the availability to complete these requests.  A confirmation email will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours of request.

- Times: Delivery times presented in your confirmation email are meant only as estimates and are not guaranteed. If you require a guaranteed specific time frame, please provide us with the information in your order form, and we will do our best to meet your needs. - Boundaries: For delivery boundaries please click here.  If you are interested in delivery outside of these boundaries please contact us at bloomboxmiami@gmail.com and we will get back to you within twenty-four (24) hours.

- Receipt of Delivery: Upon delivery of arrangements, you bear full responsibility for the arrangement ordered. Bloom Box Miami does not bear liability for arrangements left unattended. You authorize Bloom Box Miami to share your information with necessary third parties, such as delivery employees.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

If you receive an arrangement that is an incorrect size or with an incorrect message, Bloom Box Miami must be notified immediately at bloomboxmiami@gmail.com.  Please include photographs of the arrangement with a detailed explanation.  Bloom Box Miami will determine if a refund or credit is warranted for the incident.
